CNC Plasma Cutting
Our plasma cutting system is a Hypertherm HPR130XD AutoGas on a 6 ft x 12 ft cutting table. It is used for precision profile cutting and production plate processing of steel components.
We cut carbon steel and abrasion-resistant plate for structural steel components, custom brackets, wear parts, and production orders. Maximum cutting thickness depends on the material and application, so we confirm project-specific capabilities before quoting rather than publishing unverified numbers.
Press Brake Forming
Our 150-ton press brake with a 10-foot bed is used for bending and forming steel plate and custom components.
- 10-Foot Bed: Long plate, structural components, and large-format brackets without splitting jobs across multiple bends.
- 150-Ton Capacity: Forming capacity depends on material, thickness, bend geometry, tooling, and tonnage. We evaluate each application before quoting.
- Custom Forming: Custom steel plate forming for structural, industrial, and agricultural components.
Send Us Your Files
We work from customer-supplied drawings and digital part files using SolidWorks and ProNest. Send us your drawings, material specifications, and quantities, and we will quote your project.
